Maximizing revenue and protecting your vacation home is our highest priority! We provide hands-on, high-touch, and personalized management services. To you, our valued customer, we are proud to offer:
- We only charge a small percentage for your vacation property management (18% of the nightly gross rate only).
- All reservations/bookings of your property – including rapid responses to inquiries, executing payment transactions, dispersing of guest documents (house rules, parking passes, etc.)
- Advertise your rental property aggressively and diversely in several markets and media.
- Collection and payment of all local & state taxes.
- Monthly payouts – including itemized statements (Owner’s Portal)
- Manage all cleaning & laundry services
- Personally oversee and assist with any repairs, maintenance, or upgrades to your property.
- Hurricane preparation
- Establishing & maintaining relationships with all your guests & potential guests (welcome emails/texts, thank you notes, Holiday cards, etc.)
- Optional representation (proxy) at meetings (HOA, local politics, etc.)
- Updated information monthly on local happenings, politics, zoning, etc.
- Round the clock availability/accessibility to owners & guests.
